Junie-

You're 2! We were at the beach and just did a little bit to celebrate. A destination birthday might be regular thing. :)

- You seriously could have lived in the play ice cream truck all week long.
- Going to the beach during a tropical storm when swimming in the water isn't allowed is not easy with a toddler. We basically had to play defense any time we went. You just wanted to run straight in.
- You actually did pretty good in the car and even took 2 naps on the way back.

Milestones-
- We are so thankful that your language seemed to take off the second you turned 2. I was a little worried, then all of sudden-  sentences: some examples -
I want (insert - bar, ball, milk, watch, show, shoes, socks, wah-wah).
Car-car/Mae-mae take (insert item - book, toy).

I go with Daddy.

Fav activity:
Water play and anything outside. You seem the most athletic and choose to run, than ride in the stroller. You also love practicing ball throwing with Daddy.

We love you lots and can't wait to see what 2 has in store. I see more independence and lots more laughs. Potty training is just around the corner. :)

Buggie-

You started crying the second that you saw a nurse, and your siblings were obsessed with whether you were getting a shot or not. Otherwise the the visit was unremarkable. You are meeting all milestones and are doing just fine. :) It's pretty fascinating that you are similar to your siblings. :)

Mother's Day Edition: Same dress, different girl

Dress while strawberry picking. You were a mess afterwards- with evidence of eating strawberries all over your face and dress. You did say - " I want more strawberries." this weekend which was super cute.

Spring Pics

You are not super smiley and we had to merge photos to get a good group pic. You also dirtied up your dress and picked up a huge thing of a moss in the middle of shoot that Ms. Lisa captured.

Daddy-Daughter Date

You and Daddy headed to Lockeland Table for a date while I took the big kids to a show. You loved your chicken, applesauce, and ice cream.

Daddy's been teaching what to say in response to -
"June- how old are you?" And you say "Two!"

We also love the way you say "Come on, Daddy/Mae-ma/Car-car/Mommy!" It's more like "Um Own!"
