June-bug-

You're 4 months old!

The only smile - I could grab at 7am!
With your siblings - if we put you on your feet, you always "stick the landing!"

Maevy wanted her own picture...generally your fingers are always in your mouth. I'm expecting a tooth pretty soon.
You don't stay on your back long...on your tummy -
 Notice all these pictures...include 1 kid moving/blurry!
 Looking at big sis-
Looking at big bro - sticking his tongue out!
By yourself...about to roll over again -

 Last one - semi-smile -

4 Month Notes -
- Just recently, night time as gotten way easier. We let you fuss/cry out the 10ish wake-up time a couple weeks ago, and now you are going to bed by 6:15p most nights and not waking up till 1:30 or 2 - which is great. We'll phase out the 2am feeding in the coming weeks.
- Also going to sleep - whether for bed or naps is super easy. You love your crib and being on your stomach. I just put you in bed...and there's not even a whimper. You find your fingers and go to sleep. I was even impressed this week - when I ventured out with the big kids to an outdoor movie - after you'd been sleeping for an hour. You were awake while we were out, but when we got home, you went right back to sleep without a fuss. You've also been great when we stay out "late" for Carter's baseball practice...and go straight to sleep when we get home at 6:45ish.

- Spitting up is getting a little better. I nursed only last weekend - and you seemed pretty content with a little less spit up.

In general - I think my wish is coming true and you are a pretty chill baby - who is able to go with the flow. Thanks, buggie.

In the coming month  -
- We introduce food!
- Dress you up for Halloween! Got any ideas what you'll be?
- And Mommy actually leaves you for 48 hours - yikes!

Love you buggie!

Sunday Dress

Monday, September 26, 2016

Buggie -

I'm trying to get you in all these summer dresses before the weather changes. This Sunday - you wore a dress that Maevy got her 1st professional photos taken in -

I'm not seeing too many similarities. You're not winning the size competition - but you're definitely winning the skills competition. Rolling over, head control, grabbing your feet and scooting with your feet is no big thing for you -

Finally this last week - we let you whine through your 10:30p wake up time, and we're down to eating at 1:30ish and 4/5ish (but that one counts as your breakfast).

This was first of 4 outfits for the day. :)

Side by side -
I see more Carter ...even without the dress. :)

More June pics + Rolling Over

Tuesday, September 6, 2016

At school - 1st art work!
1st friend - Scarlett - I love how happy you are to play with her. :)

Before we headed out to Memphis - we stopped by the doctor to get your pimple (actually an staph absess) drained and an antibiotic to make she it doesn't come back. :)
Hanging with Grandma-
Sleeping in her 63 yr old crib -
Oh and despire the picture below - you've totally the mastered rolling over - I think both ways. Now that's your preferred way to sleep.

Then on Monday - school started putting you in your crib for naps and you did great- just rolled over, found your fingers, and went to sleep. :) Growing so fast!!
