3 Month Birthday

Buggie-

I've gone nuts with the nicknames - 

Junebug is definitely the most popular, but I've been going with Buggie or Bugs lately. I think it's cute.

We can't get enough of the smiles. We're still waiting for more consistent laughter - but I think I finally found a ticklish spot under her chin/collarbone area. I keep poking around hoping to find a sweet spot. :)

You survived your 1st month at school without a major sickness. You are a little snotty and this pimple/red bump showed up under your nose yesterday. We'll see if you can be fever/ear infection free for another month!

Almost about to completely roll over - your favorite way to self sooth - 

 I got my favorite bath tub back! You love it too!

Current weekday schedule-

6/6:30a Wake up - Nurse

7:20a Drop off at school

8ish Nap

9ish 6oz bottle

Nap - depends

12ish 6oz bottle

Nap - depends

3ish - 6oz bottle

5p- Pick up from school

Sometime you hang out with us for dinner - 

Bath + Nurse - in bed between 6-7p

12;30ish - Nurse

3:30ish - Nurse

Needless to say - I think you are getting enough to eat. One month left of these middle of the night feedings!

Week of 12 - Notes - 

We stopped swaddling you at night - so you could find your fingers and self soothe. (Also our a/c has been out and it was really too hot to swaddle.)

After a rough week of waking up every couple hours between midnight and 6p - maybe it was sleep regression - things calmed down over the weekend. You'll still sometimes wake up 30-45min after a middle of the night nursing session, but within 5 minutes of whining, you find your fingers and head back to sleep.

 One weekend - you were into the pacifier - and I immediately bought 2 more - and then you immediately lost interest -

3 month sibling comparison - You still look the most like Carter, but I can already tell you're not going to beat Carter in the weight department.

Junie-

I was able to get your announcement out a couple weeks after I went back to work. They might be cell phone pics - but I think it turned out pretty cute. :) I love that I was able to include a smiley one.

Dress Up

Look who we got dressed up for church -

The word on the street is that your 1st day at school is going just fine. I warned Ms. Susan to keep you in a bib!
